Valboisier is name to a prize vintage wine, produced from a single grape variety; Chenin. This superb wine is born from the perfectly orchestrated amalgamation of; meticulous work at the vine level, to the masterly blending of exceptional years (1997, 1999, 2001, 2005). Harvested manually, only the best grapes are selected, to be then aged in oak barrels. Valboisier has captivated a world wide interest in the press. Deploying complex aromas, the nose is a blend of honey, caramel and apricot, with; caramel, quince and white chocolate on the palate. This wine will keep until 2020. An exceptional wine, appreciated as an aperitif for connoisseurs, or to be consumed with ‘foie gras’.
