This wine is produced from a plot of land which cultivates organic grapes.
A powerful, elegant wine that becomes more complex with time. A sombre, ruby red in colour, veering towards garnet. Beautifully woody, intense and complex on the nose, touching on liquorice and vanilla. Succulent on the palate; fat, creamy and opulent, with an elegance and freshness on the finish.
Good accompaniment with red meats and game. Best served in a pitcher at an ambient temperature.
