An assemble of two different grape varieties (Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon) and vinified using the ‘Traditional Method’, this wine possesses a wonderful ruby colour. Adorned with fine, sparkling bubbles, this is an attractive drink when served. A seductive nose of red-berry fruit aromas, notably black current and raspberry, with a long finish, ranging from sugary on the palate, to the fuller body of a red wine. Very fresh and fruity, this makes a fabulous daytime aperitif, suitable for Spring and Summer, and great for jazzing up fruit salads, (strawberries, red currents and peaches). Good with chocolate desserts.
